We are looking for a full time Patient Scheduling Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years dental experience. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, be able to organize, complete tasks efficiently and completely before moving onto the next. You must love Excel to track the data of the practice, be able to oversee projects to maintain compliance of the office such as OSHA/HIPAA, and monitor patient's journeys in their treatment. By educating, advocating and helping patient’s achieve their needs and desires, you will be able to learn more and earn more.
You must be professional, have a strong work ethic, have high integrity, a sense of teamwork, and a motivation to continue developing. You must have a proven track record of being punctual and reliable, with superior verbal and written communications skills. Communication is key, when helping patients make smart decisions. And like the rest of the team, you must enjoy what you do and enjoy talking to patients.
