Due to the opening of our company office in New York, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service and support. The candidate will also have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of software tools for data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information about company services, schedule appointments, and route calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Coordinate with field technicians and project managers to ensure timely response to service requests.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by providing information and assistance to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
