Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (OAL) is a leader in orthopedic care with five office locations across Lancaster and Lebanon counties. We are seeking an energetic Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team. This position includes intermittent on-floor assignments along with administrative leadership assignments. Job Description/Duties:

Provide direct patient care as needed.
-
Participates with interview process and selection of team members.
-
Complete orientation, education and training for new employees.
-
Ensures timely and accurate approval of all clinical staff timecards as assigned.

Construct and manage Clinical Assistants schedules.
-
Cultivate a positive, team centric work environment.
-
Perform on site supervisory visits to assess staff performance complete follow-up documentation.
-
Develop and maintain department policies and procedures.
-
Provides and implements on-going clinical education and professional development of staff, students, and colleagues.

Foster team communication by hosting weekly huddles and monthly department meetings.

Promote and manage expectations and satisfaction with internal and external customers.

Consults with clinical and administrative supervisors on a regular basis to coordinate comprehensive and efficient care.

Effectively manages patient feedback. Establishes service recovery protocols; trains and empowers staff to address patient concerns; assures all patient issues are appropriately addressed in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.

Actively utilizes improvement strategies/tools to positively impact all aspects of operations.

Observe and develop performance feedback reviews for clinical staff.

Deliver performance reviews and construct coaching plans to improve performance issues.

Required Education & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Current applicable Certificate and/or Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Athletic Trainer is required.
Valid CPR certification is required.
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is preferred.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous EPIC experience is preferred.
Strong organization skills.
Superior Customer Service Skills.
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication
