Supply Chain Manager

LOCATION: Redmond, WA
The Supply Chain Manager combines Fulfillment and Supply Chain responsibilities contributing directly to XKL’s success by developing supply plans and managing product inventories to meet strategic business objectives and profitability goals that will directly impact the company’s overall performance. This role is responsible for sourcing new and innovative technologies; ensuring XKL is in regular communication with their suppliers.
What You Will Do

Plan, manage, and coordinate the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.

Collaborate internally with accounting and procurement team members; externally manage vendor relationships.

Support and implement supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.

Monitor and correct inventory levels to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.

Update component costs and implement changes in the ERP cost module.

Organize and maintain physical inventory, lead inventory counts, and pick parts.

Generate and manage Work Orders.

Determine most cost-effective distribution solutions. Work, review and approve freight and transportation company agreements.

Manage scrap levels by resolving and implementing corrective actions to ensure that it does not exceed set levels

Execute best practices and measure performance through agreed upon KPIs.

Develop and enhance planning processes and procedures. Make continuous improvements in product costs, lead times and inventory strategies.
What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent years of related experience required.

Five or more years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience.

ERP experience.

Comprehensive knowledge of business acumen, financial concepts, and procedures.

Strong planning skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Proven ability to be collaborative and strategize with multiple stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

Requires sitting for extended periods of time at a computer, keying and reading content.

Will be required to stand, reach, bend, twist, squat, and move about freely in an office environment.

May need to be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Able to use office equipment such as phone, copier, printer, etc.
