Currently we are hiring for this postion as part time but could become a full time position in the future.
Responsibilities:
This candidate will assist both the accounting and customer service departments in various duties to help job quality and invoice perfection.
List of duties:
- Assist with quality control of pending/future jobs or already invoiced jobs
* Verify accurate billing and job information
* Adjust and or correct as needed
* When looking at future jobs, ensure proper tags are added
- Ensure customer information is up to date and accurate
*Request & coordinate obtaining information for current & future jobs
- Request NTE increases from customer’s when needed
* Submit portal estimates for NTEs when needed
- Complete vendor packets and requests for information such as W-9
- Coordinate with technicians to get pictures & sign offs when missed
- Maintain & provide certificates of insurance for vendors
- Create estimate jobs and request down payments as needed, as well as follow up until paid
- Monitor billing email for invoice questions from customers
- Assist with invoicing and payment processing when needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and variances
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Proficient in 10-key typing
- High attention to detail and accuracy
