Join our team as a Distribution Center Manager based out of our Marion, South Carolina, Manufacturing and Distribution Center, where you can be part of our mission to make a positive impact on people's lives through quality products and services. We're seeking a strategic planner to drive day-to-day success of the business operation, leading and providing direction to all functional departments for the branch location (sales, customer service, accounts receivable, warranty, operations/logistics).
Key Responsibilities of a Distribution Center Manager include:
- Sales and Revenue Goals: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Channel Management: Identify opportunities, develop, and manage channel partners for business development as directed by the CSO and National Product Manager.
- Team Building and Leadership: Build, lead and manage a team of Sales and Customer Service representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets and performance metrics. Direct Customer Service and Logistics to ensure timely communication with our dealers.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Operations Department to manage inventory levels in line with sales forecast demand. Manage security and condition of all inventories under your responsibility.
- Customer Relations: Manage key customer relationships and participate in developing and actioning strategic opportunities.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the approved annual sales and cost budget.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence to requirements with the inclusion of Environment, Health, and Safety.
- Training: Train and develop new and existing staff to show continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Generate accurate and timely sales performance reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications (We would like our talented Distribution Center Manager to have at least these minimum skills & experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Five (5) plus years of experience in related job duties.
- Two (2) plus years of leadership / management experience
- Strong management and sales skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
