What you'*ll* do
The Case Manager is responsible for the planning and management of the Pioneer Reentry Entrepreneurship Program (PREP), in partnership with Vault 89. PREP is a pilot program in partnership with a Venture Capital firm (Vault 89)
The Case Manager serves as the primary liaison between Vault 89 and PHS. Case Manager will ensure enrollment of clients into the program through internal and external recruitment efforts, screening, and placement into the program. Case Manager will report regularly upon key outcome measures. Case Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous program improvement.
PREP will offer an alternative path to economic reintegration that reduces the reliance on traditional employment, which may be less accessible due to our student’s justice involvement. The Case Manager’s clientele will attend classes that will broaden their understanding of starting a small business. PREP will be eight weeks in duration, three days a week for approximately three hours per day. Program outcomes will look at business’ created/maintained, reducing recidivism, increased well-being among others.

What* you'*ll bring*
- Bachelor degree in social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science program from an accredited college or university
- Minimum one year of experience working in human services, corrections, or community based services

Preferably* you'*ll bring*
- Master’s degree in human services, social sciences, or related field
- 3 years of experience in the human services, criminal justice, correctional system(s), or related field
- Case management experience
- Certifications or previous training in evidence-based criminogenic risk assessments, cognitive behavioral programming, and motivational interviewing
