The Lily Center is looking for a full-time BCBA to join our team. This position will involve direct supervision and services to clients, families, and caregivers at our primary location in the Heights. The Behavior Analyst will focus primarily on language and skill acquisition as well as behavior reduction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing and managing all aspects of client programming, supervision of behavior technicians and ABA interns, provide training to parents, teachers, and caregivers. Small caseloads and minimum billable hours requirements of 28 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans for neurodivergent learners.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based upon assessment data and payor requirements.
- Make weekly programming updates to client targets, individualized behavior intervention plans, and other client documents.
- Develop rapport with Behavior Technicians and provide direction as to client programs
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in the client's care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and behavioral health practices
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, caregivers, and other professionals
