An important part of our marketing team, you?ll help plan, create, and distribute content that builds brand awareness, rallies our team, and generates leads. The Marketing Manager is a dedicated and organized leader that oversees all company marketing activities. The individual is a great teammate who shows initiative and works independently on projects but is also willing to take direction in alignment with our Company Strategic Plan.
Responsibilities
Strategic planning & execution
- Understanding of sales funnel
- Strategic Planning for all areas of Marketing
- Generate marketing ideas and plan for specific events by applying an end-to-end marketing approach
- Develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategy and content calendar
- Design and implement digital media campaigns, including social media advertising and email marketing
- Stay up to date with digital media, trends and best practices
- Advise on competitors' marketing tactics and promotional campaigns (content, strategy changes, market responses)
Social
- Excellent knowledge of social media best practices, trends, popular hashtags
- Responsible for marketing and social media activities to grow and enhance the company's social media presence, interact with target audiences, and promote our brand with engaging content across all social channels
- Execute social campaigns and measure their performance to develop further tactics.
- Plan, create, edit, publish, and monitor social media content (text, images, and video) and strategy that builds brand awareness and meaningful connections
- Implement organic and paid social media strategies to increase campaign performance.
Content Marketing
- Deliver an effective content marketing strategy plan to meet business objectives
- Accountable for production, management, and distribution of content marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, leads, deliver sales
- Use a creative spirit and independent work ethic to create, manage and publish original, high-quality content
- Manage and produce creative content for social media and website platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and, LinkedIn, to improve our online presence and reputation
- Build out newsletter
- Video capture and editing skills
- Source for relevant bloggers, writers, and influencers to promote our products.
Email marketing
- Management and creation of email marketing and content
- Set up engagement programs for special and/or ad hoc campaigns (social media, webinars, events, invitations etc.)
- Adaptation of marketing assets for email marketing programs
- Write/edit content for case studies, email templates, and other collateral materials
- Grow email database by employing tactics such as cross-promotions and giveaways to gather emails addresses
Website
- Identify strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of visitors to our website and obtain a high-ranking placement on the results page of search engines
- Perform website analysis, identifying current problems and opportunities with a focus on crawlability, site architecture, and site content
- Develop and implement a link-building strategy, On-Page Optimizations, Internally Linking Landing Pages
- Develop and edit blog content. This will include engaging subject matter experts to enrich the content and ensure the accuracy of information
SEO
- Work to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns optimized for SEO performance to increase brand awareness and inquiry generation across digital marketing channels.
- Create highly refined keyword strategies that lay the SEO foundation
