Healthcare Account Executive/VP of Sales
Location: Remote
Salary: Base $150,000/year, OTE $300,000/year
Company Overview: We are a leading provider of cutting-edge operating room software, designed to optimize efficiency and improve patient outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Account Executive to join our team and drive sales within large hospital systems.
Job Description: As a Healthcare Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art operating room software to large hospital systems. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target large hospital systems to generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within hospital systems.

Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful sales experience within the healthcare industry, specifically selling to large hospital systems.

Strong understanding of operating room workflows and software solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
