Oversee and manage the maintenance and operation of all facilities within the organization
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment and systems
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or repairs needed
- Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet the needs of the organization
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Plan and execute facility improvement projects
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and high voltage systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices
