Staffing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and post daily/biweekly staffing electronic schedules.
- Consult with nursing department and supervisors concerning the staffing scheduling needs.
- Fill open shifts and manage the call-in process.
- Perform miscellaneous duties pertaining to staffing and assist nursing supervisory personnel as necessary.
- Answer applicant calls regarding position availability and coordinate interview as deemed appropriate.
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with interdepartmental personnel and other departments within the facility.
- Interview and assist in interviewing process of CNA’s.
- Manage recordkeeping an documentation of attendance and tardiness.
- Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent employee information.
Staffing Coordinator Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Communication and Organization Skills
- Computer Skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with OnShift (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
