Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs
- Fabricate parts using welding and machining techniques
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on machinery
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a millwright or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, HVAC, and high voltage systems
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in technical sales or industrial maintenance is a plus
