Overview – Manage operations for SiriusXM and work alongside Safety & Security to ensure that offices and grounds are clean and safe. The account manager oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all locations. Duties include running routine safety inspections, fire warden responsibilities, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities outsource staff. Our ideal candidate should be well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.
Objectives of the role:
Interact with key business unit executives and administrative personnel, to identify and resolve their facilities concerns
Assist the Safety and Security team, conduct fire safety drills and communicate with command center
Manage facility and reception staff at all client New York locations Support talent teams with special studio events
Check studios for cleanliness daily
Provide marketing teams with event support at all sites Conduct tours for special VIP visitors
Manage the office space software for facilities work tickets, ensuring all work orders are completed on time
Distribute work assignments to facilities staff, inspect and take immediate corrective actions
Manage conference room set ups and breakdowns
Conduct multiple daily walkthroughs to ensure the spaces are in good standings Manage vendor services for all sites
Oversee COI tenant vendor approval process for all sites, utilizing building software
Manage Go Express warehouse inventory
Oversee all mail service operations, including domestic and international FedEx/UPS/USPS packages
Order office supplies for mailroom service operations
Monitor that staff are filling copiers with paper and toner as needed, reporting any service issues
Distribution of Interoffice mail and check processing
Monitor that all employee pantries are adequately stocked, and inventory is maintained
Make sure that all pantry equipment is functioning, arrange for service as needed
Communicate with corporate office
Ensure the staff keep work areas neat and orderly; empty overflowing trash cans, clean debris and liquid spills off countertops as needed
Provide general administrative support Work on special projects as directed by client and home office

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
