We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to work in our HUB (Call Center) dept.
Job responsibilities:
- Learning and following company's policies and procedures
- Answering Customer Service phone calls and inquiries
- Handling customer delivery prep and confirmation, ensuring successful deliveries
- Checking all sales orders for accuracy
- Daily reports
- Working and communicating with all store personnel daily
*Clerical/receptionist experience preferred.
*Must be able to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business including holidays, nights and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
