Our Scheduling Clerk is a detail oriented, organized individual that plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive orders on time. As a Scheduling Clerk, you will be responsible for various GP transactions, Excel data entry & management, and handling of Shop Floor Packets, thereby helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the production process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creation, cancellation, and status updates of Manufacturing Orders (MO).
- Utilization of GP & Shared Drive to print various documentation related to Shop Floor Packets for Chairs and or Service Parts.
- Data entry, status updates, and good data integrity while using the GP Schedule in Excel.
- Data entry, status updates, and good data integrity while using the Parts to Floor sheet in Excel.
- Accurate assembly of Packets going to the floor.
- Respond in a time manner to incoming inquiries from other departments
- All other tasks requested by Management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years’ experience with ERP systems (examples: GP, D365, SAP)

Strong organizational skills.

1-2 years experience in data entry.

Excellent listening, verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.

Ability to pay close attention to detail.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Proficiency in computer applications (examples: Microsoft Word & Excel and MS Teams).

Ability to successfully learn our product line and parts through on-the-job training.
