The cashier, customer service and reservations roles are centered on fast, efficient, and friendly customer service, always. We are looking for a multi-task orientated individual with strong customer service skills. We are a service-orientated company and greeting our guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude adds huge value to our guest’s experience.
We are looking for very reliable individuals, either part time or full time that are able to work graveyard shift.
Some of the daily tasks required of a cashier, reservations and customer service agents include:
- Meeting, greeting and thanking our guests
- Phone and in-person sales
- Follow up on customer email and voicemails
- Preparing shift change reports
- Performing nightly audits
- Parking till control
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Manage reports and audit logs
- Managing parking access control equipment
- Supporting shuttle and lot operations

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
