Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. This role will involve a variety of tasks to support Jonathan Chavez and ensure the smooth operation of our real estate transactions. From managing emails to coordinating inspections, this position requires a blend of administrative skills, client communication, and on-field responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Handle all email correspondence promptly and professionally, ensuring that client inquiries and communications are addressed in a timely manner.
- Inspection Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property inspections, ensuring that all parties involved are informed and appointments are confirmed.
- Property Walks: Conduct new construction walks with clients, providing valuable insights and assistance in assessing property conditions and features.
- Errand Running: Assist in running errands related to real estate transactions, such as picking up signs and arranging virtual videos with clients.
- Transaction Coordination: Work closely with the Transaction Coordinator to stay on top of all aspects of the transaction process, including document management, deadlines, and client communications.
- CRM Management: Maintain the CRM system by updating client information, tracking interactions, and ensuring data accuracy for effective client relationship management.
- Transaction Management: Assist in managing transactions from start to finish, including communicating with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
- Property Showings: Conduct property showings as needed, providing exceptional service to clients and showcasing properties effectively.
- Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Transaction Tracking: Implement systems to track and monitor the progress of all transactions, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are updated regularly.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (Preferred): Must hold a valid real estate license in the applicable state.
- Previous Real Estate Experience(Preferred) : Prior experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media platforms, including generating leads and maintaining a content calendar. Preferably well-versed in Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant technology platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
- Client-Focused: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for errands and property showings.
