- Create and convert high-quality training materials into electronic content.
- Develop and convert specialized law enforcement training materials into electronic content.
- Research current events, industry trends, and academic studies to identify training needs.
- Work with training staff to plan both short-term and long-term training goals.
- Communicate with training staff to ensure all project deadlines are met or exceeded.
- Attend TEAMs meetings with training staff as needed.
- Perform quality checks on existing electronic training products.
- Use the ACADIS/FTACS platform to create, submit, and monitor lesson plans and training events.
