Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting and directing visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Perform general office duties including managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist in the processing of client loans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
