PROJECT MANAGER
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary liaison for all project + program communication & coordination.
- Cultivates + manages all volunteer design teams & non-profit client relationships.
- Oversees timeline, scheduling, and budgeting for each project.
- Works in conjunction with volunteer design teams on all project needs related to design process, in-kind donations, budgeting, and construction administration.
- Develops & maintains relationships with in-kind donor furniture & material vendors.
- Manages all aspects of warehouse & donated materials - coordinating pick-up/deliveries, tracking values & specifications of goods, organization of warehouse, and maintaining online database of inventory for internal records & external project team use.
- Coordination of Days of Service & professional photoshoots for completed projects.
- Responsible for tracking project impact & conducting close-out procedure for projects.
- Create visual presentations as needed for all projects, donors, supporters, etc.
- Attend meetings as requested. Other duties may be assigned by CEO.
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication skills – both written & verbal.
- Strong knowledge of the design process & construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite, and FileMaker.
- Physically capable of lifting, moving, and assembling furniture as needed.
- Ability to stay organized, flexible, and detail-oriented in a fast pace environment.
- Passionate about community, philanthropy, sustainability, and good design.
