Pay:
$14.35 first 6 days of training with no tips. After training, $11.35 with tips that are pooled.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, following all safety guidelines
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow sanitation procedures
- Excellent hospitality and guest service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative manner
