The Senior Tax Manager role will be responsible for primary management
of client relationships by formulating and implementing advice and
keeping individuals and businesses compliant with various tax
regulations. They will be responsible for ensuring project deadlines are
being met for their clients as well as assisting the Director of Taxation and
Firm Partners with their client matters as needed. As proactive business

As a Senior Tax Manager your role will include identifying and
implementing tax planning and consulting opportunities to client
base and staff. Working in a highly interactive team environment, you
will participate in the tax planning and consultation process for clients,
delivering an outstanding client experience. You will support
Director of Taxation and management team with staff training and
high-level final tax return review.

What you will be doing: Final Review of business clients’ tax returns. Compensation Commensurate with experience and customized career path. What you need for this position: Licensed CPA Final Review of high income and high net worth individual tax returns. Coordinate with other team members to ensure the clients are always receiving our best work. Research and draft memorandum involving complex tax matters. Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients. Support Director of Taxation with internal staff training initiatives. Demonstrate excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills and confidence in the delivery of tax returns and other matters to clients. Always maintain the highest ethical standards and confidentiality. Managing client expectations and assisting clients with their tax and other related questions. Identify and research tax questions that may arise for a client’s situation and continuously monitor tax updates. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax Self-starter and a problem solver 15+ years of accounting and business tax preparation experience is ideal Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize existing projects based on client needs Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately A desire to keep improving and a can-do attitude The ability to see the big picture to best assist and guide the client Support Director of Taxation and Management Team with IRS, State and Local tax authority audit engagements. Prepare, coordinate, and follow through on any communication needed with new or existing clients.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
