Job Summary:
A Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level support the CEO. The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing schedules, organizing events, and ensuring that the person they support can focus on their primary responsibilities without distractions. The PA often acts as a gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritizing the many demands on the individual’s time.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Assist with personal tasks for the CEO as required
Skills:
- Proficiency in office management systems and procedures
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent administrative, clerical, and organizational skills
- Experience in project coordination and proofreading
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls professionally

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
