The Assistant Property Manager will represent and support the company as the on-site property manager in the Texas Region. This individual will be responsible for the daily management of all of the company's commercial properties in Texas while working with a team.

Tasks the Assistant Property Manager can expect to do are:
- Interface with tenants and promote tenant relationships
- Conduct property walks with Senior Property Manager
- Initiate bids for maintenance and capital improvements of properties
- Follow up with accounts receivable
- Maintain tenant and vendor insurance
- Lease administration
- Facilitate the execution of contracts
- Assist with the management of tenant improvement and capital improvement projects
- Assist with preparation of annual operating budget
- Manage filing system
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Keep stock of and order supplies
- Coordinate security deposit refunds
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of property management experience.
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college a plus.
- Real estate license is a plus.
- Yardi preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,309.00 - $47,875.00 per year
