Customer Support Representative
Covr is a scheduling and labor management tool built specifically for the nursing home industry. We are a group of dedicated professionals seeking to support and uplift those serving on the front lines of health care. Our software enables nursing home personnel to streamline their operations, ensure profitability, maintain high quality levels of care, and comply with government regulations.
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns through our help desk software.
- Collaborate closely with Covr’s Customer Success Managers to facilitate smooth customer onboarding processes.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues reported by customers, promptly report bugs, and relay product enhancement requests to the appropriate teams.
Job Details:
- Competitive pay range of $18-23 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting, with our office located in Springville, Utah.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday; specific working hours may vary based on business needs.
Expectations:
- We aim for 100% customer satisfaction on inbound support requests
- Responds to and resolves 20-30 inbound support requests per day
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience using help desk software such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for problem-solving.
