Project Management Job Description:
As a Project Manager at Aggregate Trades, you will be responsible for planning,
executing, communicating, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with cross- functional internal and external teams and stakeholders to deliver projects that align with our company's strategic objectives and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining project.
- objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology, to meet project goals within budgetary constraints.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and maintain project quality standards, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Project Execution: Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, and project milestones are achieved.
- Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate these changes to stakeholders as necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, systems, and issue logs.
- Issue Resolution: Address project-related issues and conflicts promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that support project goals.
- Project Closure: Lead project closure activities, including project review, documentation, and post-project evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, construction management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or related trades industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Travel is moderate: 50% requirement.
