Studio General Manager
Club Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager in Huntington Beach. We are seeking a motivated individual to lead the sales process, take initiative to drive studio results and grow and develop a team.
Responsibilities:

Ability to lead in sales of memberships, private training packages and retail sales.

Demonstrate the ability to hire, lead, motivate and manage a team to hit operational and financial objectives.

Drive Financial Results by leading Membership sales to hit monthly targets.

Illustrate the ability to make optimal decisions on a daily basis and under pressure.

Schedule and participate in networking/community events and Onsite events to drive Membership sales.

Results-driven GM with a focus on problem-solving, driving innovation, and achieving measurable outcomes for organizational success

Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.

Review instructor performance.

Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

Collect out-standing dues

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio

Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.

Create, communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees as needed.

Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible.

Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

2+ years sales required, preferably in Fitness Industry

Previous management experience required.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with Regional Manager

Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.

Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.

An affinity and passion for fitness.

Solid writing and grammar skills.

Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
