Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Verify jewelry
- Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with others
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written/ bilingual
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with retail math is a plus
