Overview:
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for documenting all operational processes, maintaining up-to-date training materials, and conducting training sessions for new hires.
Responsibilities:
Document Processes: Systematically document all existing and new operational processes in a clear and concise manner. Organize training materials to ensure they are easily searchable and accessible.
Training Material Maintenance: Regularly review and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
New Hire Training: Conduct effective training sessions for new employees, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet their job requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek to improve training methods and materials based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departmental teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and accurate documentation of processes.
Productivity Assessment and Training: Assess productivity and create a retraining protocol for employees not meeting productivity goals. Sign off upon completion of successful training to ensure adherence to company standards.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in procedures and technology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail.
