Job Summary:
As the General Manager of CLIENTEL3, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our studio operations. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple locations, including our brick-and-mortar facilities and off-site facilities, you will collaborate closely with the business owner to make strategic decisions that drive our company objectives forward. This position offers the potential for career advancement to the role of Director of Operations as the company continues to expand. Please note that this position may require flexibility in work hours, including occasional weekends and evenings, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance: Clean, organize, launder towels, and return equipment.
- Social Media Supervision: Oversee content creation, requiring client permission for photo publication.
- Sunday Supervision: Supervise open workouts (12 p.m. – 4 p.m.) up to twice monthly if needed.
- Client Training: Provide personal training and classes; keep client journals updated.
- Contract Negotiations: Handle purchasing contracts with suppliers.
- Staff Management: Supervise trainers, develop retention and growth plans, and cultivate company culture.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all operational protocols are followed.
- Partner Operations: Manage operations at partner facilities, support new partnerships, and optimize strategies.
- Customer Service: Work with staff to support clientele.
- Marketing: Review advertisements, develop strategies, and analyze marketing goals.
- Client Database: Maintain client information and manage new leads.
- Confidentiality: Protect client information and company records.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory, schedule orders, and develop new product lines.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships and maintain contact with past clients.
- Budget Management: Implement budget tracking and cost-cutting strategies.
- Employee Onboarding: Manage onboarding, HR tasks, and strategies for new employees.
- Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth operations across all locations.
- Administrative Duties: Handle payroll, onboarding, days off requests, and service substitutions.

- BSc/Ba in business management or relevant field; MSc/MBA
- Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite
- Customer service experience
- Project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
