Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking an Operations and Maintenance, Process Manager
As an Operations and Maintenance, Process Manager, you will report to the Operations and Maintenance, Lead. We are looking for a process-oriented individual to provide recommendations, develop, and implement structured solutions that tailor to optimizing efficiency while minimizing risk. The Operations and Maintenance, Process Manager will be tasked with conducting risk analysis as it pertains to parts inventory management, ensuring standard operating procedures are current and adhered to, and strategizing closely with the Operations and Maintenance, Program Manager to meet/exceed KPIs.
To be successful as an asset manager you should be strategically minded with strong analytical skills and a parts inventory background.
What you’ll do:

Contribute to and implement the necessary policies and processes to manage and maintain our network of charging stations and supporting equipment.

Create and implement systems to facilitate O&M parts and assets management.

Develop and follow methodologies for tracking assets throughout their life cycle.

Develop and ensure SLAs for our B2B customers.

Manage our spare part inventory, controlling levels of inventory, location, and process for use.

Oversee planning process for asset end of life.

Lead cross functional coordination activities to develop and maintain an accurate and complete asset database used for reporting across the org, e.g. Model Numbers,

Analyze and validate the maintenance costs and process them in cooperation with our finance team.

Identify and take on action ways to reduce maintenance and support costs for Assets.

Manage the performance of our providers and conduct QBRs.

Monitor asset performance and recommend corrective measures for Charging Stations health data, e.g. Uptime, Charging Success Rate
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
-
5 years' experience in program/process management
-
Experience with inventory management
-
Deep knowledge of process/project management tools (i.e., Tableau, Smartsheets, Visio, Excel)
-
3-5 years’ experience in the EV industry, asset management, or related field.

Strong communication/presentation skills
