What will I Be Doing?
- Providing clinical oversight for all cases, including biweekly individual supervision and alternating group supervision.
- Assigning caseloads to staff members.
- Reviewing staff documentation, such as daily notes, progress updates/monthly reports, treatment plans, and completing assessments, as needed.
- Collaborating on administrative duties as required by the Program Director.
- Maintaining a small caseload to achieve additional compensation.

Qualifications:
- Licensed within the state of Virginia (preferred).
- License-eligible staff (Resident in Counseling/Supervisee in Social Work) considered, with board approval required by the hire date.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and families.
- Supervision experience is preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary range of $60,000-$65,000.
