Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager / Supervisor to lead our 24/7 customer service Monitoring Call center. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and high emotional intelligence. This role involves managing a team of supervisors and customer service representatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements for Management Team:
· Oversee with leadership team, daily operations of a 24/7 call center, managing a team of agents and supervisors.
· Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, resulting in an increase in customer satisfaction and a reduction in average handling time.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, which contributed to an increase in employee engagement and retention rates.
· Assisted in managing day-to-day operations of the 24/7 call center, supporting the Call Center Manager in various administrative and strategic tasks.
· Supervised a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
· Conducted performance evaluations and implemented improvement plans, resulting in an increase in team productivity.
· Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and refine processes, enhancing overall efficiency and service delivery.
