Registrar Corp is actively seeking a Director of Sales to lead, develop and support a high-performance sales team, provide critical insights using analytics, and drive cross functional alignment and execution of goals and new initiatives.
Role information:
Our Global Compliance Service sales team shares the value of Registrar Corp’s services and software solutions as we educate both prospective and current international and US clients on U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements for food, beverages, medical devices, drugs, and cosmetics As a Sales Director of this team you will drive sales by focus on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations. You will:
- Nurture a sales culture and mentor team on sales tactics that improve the quantity and quality of sales interactions with current and prospective clients.
- Direct sales forecasting activities to establish ambitious sales objectives, aligning them with the company’s growth targets.
- Evaluate sales performance metrics to steer strategy and communicate progress.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
- Offer ongoing mentorship to the sales team, promoting professional growth and success.
Skills:
- Proven track record in sales leadership, including strategic vision and effective inbound/outbound/cold calling team management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, fostering open communication
- Proficient in data analysis, utilizing metrics to inform decisions, and understanding financial aspects of sales management.
- Act with integrity, demonstrate adaptability, and develop self through learning and feedback.
- Convey a sense of urgency, persistence, and commitment.
- Think strategically, analyze issues, use sound judgment, and innovate.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate effectively using data and market insights
