General Duties:
- Work collaboratively with our clinicians and front desk members
- Greet, register, and check-in our patients using our EMR (Kareo)
- General Patient intake and rooming
- Assist with routine laboratory tests - process urine tests, centrifuge blood samples, labeling specimen tubes
- Work with our laboratory representatives to coordinate pick up and proper storage and handling of specimen
- Assist in the administration of in-office tests and treatments including electrocardiogram (EKG), glucometer and phlebotomy
- Assist providers with ordering correct laboratory orders
- Stock exam room with medical equipment and supplies.
- Prep the room for procedures and tests
- Help manage our clinical inventory
- Help patients with follow up care and scheduling
- Interact with insurance companies and outside specialists to ensure smooth patient care coordination
- Ensure HIPAA and OSHA adherence

Benefits:
Compensation will be $22-$28, which is determined based on experience, geography, and qualifications.
