Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. Must be proficient in QUICKBOOKS desktop.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Coordinate calendar management for appointments and meetings
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and staff
- Utilize strong customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role in an inventory and manufacturing facility.
- Proficiency in using office software applications for data entry and document management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles
