Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify prospects and assess market trends.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of Proven experience in sales or business development within heating/HVAC industries.
- Understanding of Mechanical reps.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial and Industrial HVAC Experience.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
