Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Primary Role: Executing sales and marketing initiatives including event coordination, list and data management, email marketing and administrative support. Department specific duties will vary.
Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate all logistics for events, conferences and trade-shows.
2.Maintain the Nutshell client database. Maintain vendor sites to make sure compliance is met; obtain Insurance from Insurance provider.
3.Run social media as directed by management with announcements, events and news.
4.Assist the sales teams with the production of routine emails, quotes, scheduling and other clerical items as needed. Ensure all demos and meetings are scheduled and covered by sales team.
5.Perform administrative work such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, reports, etc.
6.Maintain the marketing calendar, scheduling and coordinating shows and conferences, shipping and logistics of show materials and booth items, rental items, carpets, etc. for all marketing efforts.
7.Maintain the inventory of promotional/giveaway items.
8.Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing presentations, including Power Point or other presentation software. Promoting though leadership talks by company executives, coordinating with others for specific events.
9.Ensure all estimating deadlines are met.
10.Administrative support, updating spreadsheets and organizing jobs as they come in.
11.Other duties as required or assigned by company management
Accountability: The Sales/Marketing Coordinator position will be directly accountable to the Sales Director. Secondary accountability will be to Executive team members, and customers of the company
Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
•Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Word and Power Point
•Experience using Canva and a social media calendar
•Attention to detail and superior organization is a must
•Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities
•Ability to finish projects
•Ability to Plan and Organize multiple workloads for effective implementation
•Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations
•Strong customer service and results orientation
•Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
•Ability to function as an effective team member or able to work independently
•Ability to adapt as the external environment and as organization evolves
Other:
Responsible for having a reliable source of daily transportation.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Requirements
Employee is required to stand, walk, climb, sit and use hands and fingers.
Some light lifting of objects is required.
Reaching, grasping and carrying activities also required.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Although most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
