Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles, including project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction management software, such as Primavera and ProCore, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction process from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Develop and implement project schedules and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, tracking, and reporting.
- Negotiate and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and company policies.
- Utilize construction management software, such as Primavera and ProCore, to track project progress and manage project data.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and owners, to ensure project goals are met.
- Identify and resolve project issues, ensuring the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
- Manage and maintain project records, including project schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Develop and implement project schedules, including project timelines and milestones.
- Utilize project scheduling software, such as Civil 3D, to develop and manage project schedules.
- Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and contingency planning.
- Develop and maintain schematics and project drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and company policies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Ensure all construction projects are completed in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Experience with construction management software, such as Primavera and ProCore.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- Excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
