Our front office team is entrusted with being the first impression to our practice and work directly with patients, whether over the phone or in person. Our ideal candidate is a natural 'people person' whose goal is to build relationships, soothe anxiety and genuinely enjoys helping patients.
The candidate must be punctual, reliable and have quality references who will highly recommend them. Competency in Microsoft Office required and Eaglesoft Patient Software preferred!

· Ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail – this requires organization & maintaining accurate record-keeping and is an important component to this (and ANY) position.
MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY - FRONT OFFICE – FULL TIME
The associate will greet patients, check them into the EagleSoft Dental Software, provide New Patient Experience tours and prepare gift bags, process credit card, check and cash payments and ensure payments are accurately recorded into the patient’s records. Monitors patient accounts using PMS. Communicates with patients using various methods and platforms. Compile end of day/end of month financial reports and submit to the Office Manager and Practice Owner for review.
They will serve as the key point of contact for all patient communications and will schedule all patient appointments and ensure all information is entered correctly into the Dental Software. Liaison with insurance carriers to validate benefits and electronically submit/prepare insurance claims.
