CSET is currently recruiting to fill two Senior Center staff vacancies within the Senior Services Department. CSET provides services that support the independence, safety, health, and active lifestyles of our community's senior population. Tulare County seniors represent a rapidly growing demographic of vital and active community groups who are changing the perception of older adults.
The ideal candidate can effectively prioritize the needs of a full service senior center and is familiar with the policies of aging services. If you are an innovative thinker who is self-directed, communicates effectively and possesses hands-on conflict resolution and problem solving skills, this job is for you.
The Senior Center Site Lead position performs senior center duties including but not limited to, senior outreach and engagement, provides direct support services, schedules activities and ensures that meals are provided on time. Basic room and building management, in addition to training and supervising volunteers.
Gerontology knowledge preferred; Bilingual preferred.

Salary Range: $18.38-$25.04 hourly/ $3185.87-$4340.27 monthly/ $38230.40-$52083.20 annually
