Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The Business Development Executive will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
· Present, promote, and sell product using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
· Reach out to customer leads through calling or sources.
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
· Continuously improve through feedback.
· Real Estate Sales.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience in sales or relevant role.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Good communication skills.
· Fast learner and passion for sales.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or equivalent.
· Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
· Min (1 - 2 years’ experience).
Benefits: - Salary and commission structure.
· Salary: (12K – 15K) per month (totally depends on interview)
· Allowance: 2k fix per month.
· Incentive: High incentive Depends on sale.
