Field Service Technician for the Food & Beverage and Packaging Industry
Your Future Role:
- Commission industrial packaging equipment designed in our facilities before it is shipped to customers.
- Perform tests and verify the proper functioning of equipment.
- Install equipment at customers’ locations following safety norms and established corporate procedures.
- Act as an instructor and mentor, training customers on the proper operation of the equipment.
- Visit customers to ensure effective equipment functioning and collaborate with the Engineering team to find solutions when needed.
- Promote preventive maintenance and training services to customers.
Required Skills:
- Technical or college degree in a related field.
- Passion for new technologies, including vision systems and motion control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform edits on PLCs, HMIs, and robotic automation.
- Programming skills are an asset.
- Proficiency with mechanical and electrical drawings as well as floor layouts.
- Strong team spirit.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding teaching and coaching abilities.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Experience:
