Positions start in the Welcome Center with the aspiration to fast track this applicant to a full time admissions role. Admissions is the FIRST SERVICE of student services. Core responsibilities of this position include providing EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE to students, families and the campus community. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping people achieve their goals of earning a college degree! The Admissions department is invested in creating an environment for prospective students that is attentive, knowledgeable and efficient! As such, this position requires a breadth and depth of communication skills, face to face interactions, as well as telephone and internet communication.
One must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Become a support specialist and assist in enrolling qualified applicants for diverse programs of study and help prospective students achieve their career goals and academic objectives!
Qualifications include:
-Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Liberal Arts and Sciences (Master's a plus!)
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast paced environment
