Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively reach out to customers to provide information, updates, and support.
Relationship Building
- Assist with the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand how to use our products/services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are being met and to identify any potential issues.
Customer Support
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for products/services as needed.
Feedback Collection
- Conduct surveys and solicit feedback to gauge customer satisfaction and gather insights for improvement.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Engagement Strategies
- Develop and execute personalized communication strategies to engage customers based on their preferences and behaviors.
- Assist in implementing and managing customer loyalty programs to reward and retain customers.
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer engagement strategies.
Reporting and Analytics
- Track and analyze customer engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on customer engagement activities and their impact on customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual both English and Spansih
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience to understand and address customer concerns.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and engagement data.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on ensuring positive customer experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
