LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Manufacturing Customer Coordinator and Support. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates with a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field who are looking to start their careers in the chemical manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating customer orders, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order inquiries, product information, and technical support.
Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to monitor and track order status and fulfillment.
Assist customers with technical issues and provide product support and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
Prepare and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation.
Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
Support the sales team with customer account management and order processing.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Must have account management experience!
High school diploma or GED
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when required.
Strong customer service orientation and a proactive attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Internship or related experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with ERP systems and order management software.
Basic understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and safety standards.
Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 annual salary. No commissions. Depending on years of experience, degree is equivalent to years of experience!
Normal hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
