Who You Are:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales and account management team. This role primarily involves handling incoming sales calls, placing orders into Salesforce (CRM), and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the medical, dental, and esthetic fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centered mindset. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Statdds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Positively engage with our customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and texts
- Enter orders accurately and efficiently into Salesforce
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers
- Collect required documentation from new customers
- Ensure top-quality customer service
- Manage personal order reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy of orders
- Potential for travel as a sales representative to esthetic training courses
Requirements:
- Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience
- Ability to communicate effectively over multiple channels (phone, email, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with a CRM and Microsoft products preferred
- Open to occasional travel
