A Production Worker is responsible for helping assemble and prepare products for shipment. Their duties include placing packaging and assembly or raw materials, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and checking them to ensure quality production.
Requirements:
Essential Functions

Demonstrate appropriate work skills, work habits, safety practices, and overall competency.

Must be able to demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in completing basic kitting, packaging, and assembly tasks with 90% accuracy.

Report observed production inefficiencies and all job-related questions to the Supervisor.

Inspect defective parts and materials for defects.
-
Must be versatile and able to independently complete most production tasks without assistance and prompting.

Must be capable of building and packing master boxes.

Capable of operating industrial equipment independently and safely (induction sealer, sonic sealer, hydraulic pump, etc.)

Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education

High school diploma, GED, or Certificate of Completion Preferred.
Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must be capable of lifting 30lbs.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
