Office Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the office environment.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise clerical staff to ensure efficient office operations
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Handle vendor management and negotiate contracts
- Develop and conduct training programs for office staff
- Coordinate front desk activities and provide excellent customer service
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in payroll processing and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Previous experience supervising clerical staff is a plus
- Proficiency in training development for staff improvement
- Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated skills in office management and organizational leadership

Pay: $15.00 - $24.67 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
